Tico Tico Villas

We had a wonderful three night stay at Tico Tico. This is the place to stay if you are going to Manuel Antonio! From the moment we arrived everyone there was nothing but welcoming and friendly. Vernita came to greet us personally and make sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Rooms are quite comfortable and relaxing. It was very nice to take a dip in the pool after a day of walking around the national park, or relax on the balcony and watch the monkeys that love to visit to property. Situated right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, makes for easy access to food and activities. An Uber ride to a local restaurant only costs about $4 US. You won't run out of things to do here if you are looking to experience true Costa Rica. Thank you Vernita and Arun for a wonderful experience, we cannot wait to come back and visit!

Wow!! Fantastic place, we booked last minute and Vernita the property manager was so kind and helpful with all the check in details. Spacious, clean, well equipped suited and very nicely maintained property. We will definitely be back! Great spot and wonderful value, highly recommend.

Absolutely love it here! So much care and attention has been put into this property. It gets amazing light, is well maintained, and the landscaping is gorgeous. The pool has been recently retiled, and it's quite clean and lovely. The entrance to the hotel is on the main road, with a bus stop out front. The property is nicely enclosed and feels very private. There are very large, old trees that provide nourishment for the abundant wildlife that pass through. Note: Absolutely DO NOT feed any wildlife. It creates a dangerous situation for them, for you, and the people after you. Admire from a distance, or just go about your day. The food they get themselves is plenty. This is wildlife, and needs to stay wild to survive. We are staying longterm and have been here over a month so far. It's such a beautiful place. The owner and staff are all helpful and kind. It's like finding a secret treasure :) We've stayed in many hotels and some apartments over the past 2 years, and this is certainly one of the best in the area, while still being reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our 2 days stay at Tico Tico. The place is clean and well organized with a small kitchen if you want to cook.On the first day we were able to see monkeys and a sloth on the property. It’s just great

The hotel is ideally located for enjoying Manuel Antonio Park and the city. There's parking, and the bus also stops right outside the hotel. Super convenient! We saw macaws and monkeys on the property every day, which made our stay even more wonderful. The manager, Vernita, is incredibly attentive to her guests. Eugene is also very welcoming. Thank you to the entire Tico Tico team for these fabulous moments spent with you. I was a little bit in the shade.

A wonderful place and an amazing host. The room and kitchen are well-equipped, and if you need anything, just ask and you'll find it. The staff are friendly and always smiling. Clean and pleasant. It's an oasis in the middle of the city, where parrots fly in and monkeys jump from tree to tree. A big plus for the comfortable smoking area. I recommend this place. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Such a great spot! Vernita was so wonderful and helpful! We saw monkeys, lizards, beautiful birds while hanging out at our villa. Easy to take the bus anywhere to the beach. Super clean and comfortable place to stay. Pura Vida!

Central to reach both the national park and downtown Quepos. But due to this centrality it’s quite loud, having the main road directly in front of you. Modern room (11) and furniture, unfortunately no cleaning after the first night during a two nights stay, and really dirty floors in our room / stairs.

Beautiful place, extremely peaceful. The villas are lovely and the pool is very comfortable with chairs and tables. It's located more at the entrance to Manuel Antonio than on the beach, which is very close by car, but walking is more difficult. The staff was incredibly friendly and very flexible with check-in times. I always had parking without any problems.

We got this booking on a deal, a great place with an amazing atmosphere and vibe. There is a pampering pool. Big villa, and you can still feel privacy along the road. The only thing that I didn't like was that the staff didn't clean my room after the first night, and that there was a renovation noise in the morning. Other than that, it's really cool and nice place

The rooms are lovely, and the small kitchen has almost everything. For example, we missed having oil; this could be provided. Vernita is incredibly kind and always took care of everything very quickly. The stay was very pleasant! A car is necessary for getting around the location. The property has even strung up ropes to allow wildlife to cross into the forest, which we think is fantastic! We saw parrots, monkeys, and iguanas at Tico Tico.

Just one word: amazing!
