Hotel Casa Colonial Boutique

Delightful hotel with real character and great common spaces indoors and out. Helpful staff arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us. Perhaps the best value for the money of any hotel I've stayed at.

We liked the room, although there was a lot of noise from outside in the early morning. Someone stole the rearview mirror from our car right in front of the hotel, and the thief was invisible to the hotel's security cameras (they never showed us the footage). We couldn't park the car at that hour until the afternoon. They should improve security, as this happened right at the hotel entrance.

Close to the city center, easy to get a taxi

Excellent value for money. Great for business trips.

Terrible, the room was infested with cockroaches.

The place is very quiet, with a homey atmosphere, and they treat their customers with great care.

They have a swimming pool, very practical for relaxing, and a very natural garden, ideal for events with friends and family.

It's not a hotel, it's very simple.

Stayed here with my wife for two night. The service was out of this world. The location is great with some good restaurants in walking distance. It was extremely safe as they kept the front gate locked. The hotel was beautiful, including the lobby, rooms, pool area, and patio. There was secured overnight parking. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to serve us in any way possible. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Hotel is ok. Staff is friendly in first place but they did charge the room twice (second time was when we already left the hotel). This could happen of course but now 2 months later they still need to refund me and they ignore me via WhatsApp/telephone. I think you should not book this hotel due to the fact that they can charge your card twice without refunding it and still ignoring me.
