Very great hotel, simple and easily accessible. Beach is a short walk. Super close to many stores and if you have a car it’s very easy to get around puerto plata.

Excellent service, very well located on Avenida España in Punta Cana, close to the shopping area and the beach. The service staff and receptionists Dilenny, Luis, and Alex were very friendly; we were delighted with their service and courtesy. Breakfast is included and has delicious Dominican flavor, and the staff were very attentive. We're eager to return.

My experience was absolutely horrible at this place, starting with having to change rooms twice, poor cleaning, bed broken, door knob lose, run down, tv not working, fridge not working and the cherry on top having water issues on and off from 2pm -9:30when I left the hotel and checked in at another hotel. After all this they refuse in refunding my money! STAY AWAY FROM IS PALACE

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place at all. This property is completely different from what is shown in the photos. The building and rooms are in very poor condition, with obvious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. We arrived late at night and were already shocked at the reception area. The room was even worse: dirty floors with hair and footprints, old grey towels, damaged furniture, and curtains in bad condition. The bathroom was unacceptable — the sink was clogged, with dark stains and very poor hygiene. The ceiling had visible humidity damage and peeling paint. We reported the issues immediately, but no proper solution was offered. The breakfast is extremely basic and disappointing. Also misleading: it is advertised that you can have breakfast on a seaside terrace, but this actually belongs to another hotel of the same chain. This is not clearly explained anywhere. We only stayed one night because we had no other option at that moment, and left the next day. This place does not match its description and is not worth the price at all. Avoid if you want to enjoy your vacation.
