This is an excellent location if you get it at a great price and prioritize, safety and quiet space. It is a little tricky to navigate to, and you aren’t exactly able to step outside and find a walkable restaurant to eat at so that can be an inconvenience. But I will say that the front desk staff were catering to any and all needs From washing my laundry to arrange a taxi to the airport the next day in incredibly prompt check-in and so much more.Alejandra was superb.

I had a stopover at this beautiful hotel for work and I left delighted. One of the best hotels I've stayed in during this series of business trips I've taken with Latin America. Good breakfast, nice room, and even better service. They even went out of their way to give me a breakfast to go since I left for the airport very early and they hadn't started serving breakfast yet.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Oakland Place. The location is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable and well-kept. The view is absolutely beautiful—such a treat to wake up to! Alejandra at reception was so kind and accommodating, making everything smooth and welcoming from the moment I arrived. And don’t miss the free breakfast—it’s excellent and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Three friends visited Guatemala and stayed at Hotel Uxlabil in Guatemala City for their first night. Before leaving for Tikal and Antigua, they reserved a room for their return night before heading to the airport. However, when they came back, although there was a confirmation email, they were informed that no reservation had been made and that the hotel was fully booked. This left them searching for another hotel at 10 PM. Clearer communication and better reservation management would improve the guest experience and avoid these kinds of inconveniences.

Friendly staff, lovely little hotel, the free breakfast was delicious. Only stayed a night.
