Very good breakfast.

Everything was excellent, very good. The only issue is the breakfast.

An excellent hotel for the price. I only went to the hotel to rest and I thought it was great. Clean rooms and very clean bathrooms, which is always appreciated. The service at reception was always helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is great, delicious, and satisfying, saving you a meal. The location is fantastic, close to the historic center, near Reforma Avenue, and with metro and metrobus stations very close by, less than 5 minutes away. I've stayed at this hotel twice already for MCR and BTS concerts, and you can easily get to the GNP Stadium by metro.

Overall rating: very good The good: There are some downsides to the location. While you feel very safe inside the hotel, the surrounding area is a rough neighborhood in Mexico City. Therefore, it's best not to go out walking after dark. On the other hand, it's very close to the city center and easy to get to since it's on Eje Central, a main avenue. The parking is very secure and provides peace of mind. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The place has a great atmosphere! You'll want to spend some time reading on the terrace. The bad: The noise. The acoustics are terrible; you can hear too much noise from the other rooms and hallways. The design is too minimalist for my wife's and my taste. For a three-night stay, we need more drawers to store our belongings. A small stool in the bathroom would be nice. An extra trash can, in addition to the one in the bathroom, would also be useful. The bad: According to the rules, on the first day I couldn't be in the gym or on the terrace after 8 pm, and I respected that. The next day, there were a couple of people on the terrace after 10 pm... Either everyone has their tail or no tail, I say. They offer coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 in a digital machine in the dining room. Up to this point, everything was excellent; however, one morning at breakfast there was no coffee—the machine wasn't working. I really can't believe they didn't have a backup plan to offer coffee to guests at breakfast. Bad. The exceptional: The cleanliness—room, hallways, stairs, everything was spotless! The included breakfast was also exceptional; please keep your cook—great cooking! 🙌🏻 Yes, definitely. If I had to stay in this area again, I would return to this hotel, even if I had to keep my clothes in my suitcases the whole time.
