Ok stay with good service and breakfast, but almost no sound proofing. The bed was quite hard and so were the pillows. The shower was adequate though took a long time to get hot water. Fine for one night but wouldn’t stay there more than one.

I was given a room facing the street. I spent five nights unable to sleep. I requested a room change and was told that if I wanted one, I would have to pay more. They preferred to play with my mental health rather than help a customer sleep well, which is the main reason people go to a hotel. The area isn't nice, but it's central for getting around Mexico City. The housekeeping was excellent. Very clean. The breakfast was good.

I felt comfortable during my stay at the hotel. It's close to the center and very quiet, with a good breakfast and friendly staff.

A very quiet place to be with the family, very clean, 100% recommended. Every time we've lived in Mexico City we've stayed here.
