I wanted to check out this place, but honestly, I'm left with a bad impression. If I have to defend the waiters, the manager, and the drag queens, that's about it. As far as the entrance, security, and drinks were concerned, EVERYTHING WAS FRAUDULENT. I only had one beer and I started with a headache. A shot tasted more like alcohol than anything else. They ALLOW SMOKING, yes, they ALLOW SMOKING, and the place is filled with cigarette smoke. And if that was the mildest part, it turns out the bathrooms are controlled by a DJ who shamelessly acts as if he owns the stalls and won't let anyone in. He pushed me and wouldn't let me in, telling me to "pee over there," pointing at the urinals. I complained, obviously, but the manager's response was that she doesn't control that anymore, that it's the owners' business now, and that she'd already told them, but they haven't done anything. The place has potential, but unfortunately, experiencing that leaves a lot to think about. It doesn't scare me, but the guy who blatantly shoved the key up one of the guys' noses is a real pain. I WILL NOT RETURN. I hope nothing happens to anyone, because then all hell will break loose. Personally, I felt uncomfortable, so I decided to leave even though they guaranteed my safety. I went to the bathroom afterward, and a security guard was with me, but what was the point? I hope the relevant authorities do something soon, and the owners... well, the place is cool, I repeat, it has potential.

The atmosphere is actually quite nice, but the problem is that they allow smoking in an enclosed space. Even worse, when we tried to use the restroom, they only let us use the toilet because the guy selling drugs had taken over the restrooms and wouldn't let anyone in. He even pushed my husband, who has a disability, and wouldn't let him use the restroom until we spoke to the manager, who was incredibly kind and supportive. These issues left a bad taste in our mouths, especially since we were looking forward to visiting the place.

IT'S CHEAPER TO ORDER A BOTTLE

Terrible place, the staff are incredibly arrogant. If you don't accept their awful service and leave, they record you and claim they kicked you out, but it gets emptier every week. Keep shooting yourselves in the foot!

Extremely uncomfortable in several ways. Security was among the attendees, as if a fight was about to break out. The sound was terrible in every area. It's a place with zero LGBT identity, purely for convenience in order to sell and sell. The drag queens couldn't even sing a Gloria Trevi song. It's a hypocritical place, lacking quality in every way. I don't recommend it; stop patronizing establishments like this.

The waiters are rude, they push you, they make you walk around if you don't order a bottle, everyone wants a tip, and if you don't give one, they make a scene when you leave. The only good thing is that it closes at 7 am for the die-hards. :P

The floor is too sticky, the service is good although a bit slow.
