The Looking Glass Hotel

Mixed experience overall. The hotel is newly renovated, so it looks clean and modern, which is a big plus. Service was great during my stay. Rooms are on the smaller side, though, which might be a downside for some. For San Juan, where hotels can be expensive, this one is fairly priced and offers decent value. Not all rooms have a microwave, but there’s one available on the terrace if you need it. Location is very convenient right between Old San Juan and the airport, so getting around is easy.

I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are so endearing, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel is very centric in the heart of Santurce. Lots of culture, food, and nightlife to enjoy!

A sweet hotel located within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants, and coffee shops. The staff are kind and welcoming and the AC works well. There's even a small common area for hanging out with friends. Really, an ideal stay. We'll definitely be back.

I had a beautiful first visit to Peurto Rico and I am so glad I found this little gem. The ambience is very charming and I was comfortable the entire time. The rooftop lounge area is a bonus. Also the rainshower was amazing!!

We loved this place. We needed somewhere to stay for one night because we arrived in the area on a late flight. They communicated clearly with us about how to access our room after office hours, and the process was seamless. The room itself was cute, clean, and well organized. We were also able to find street parking easily, even late at night. I would definitely stay here again. 😊

Excellent and very clean

Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. They allow early check-in (& late check out) which helped with our flight time. Room was very clean.
