SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ashburn Dulles North

The staff are unprofessional, and they do not help at all. I do not recommend this hotel because of the poor customer service. We were very disappointed.

Nice hotel with good, clean rooms. The rooms are beginning to show some wear and age, and the breakfast was pretty bland.

Very nice rooms. Always love the shower being separate from the toilet. It would be perfect if there was a pool.

A LOT of deferred maintenance. Mattresses are so worn out that you can see obvious body impressions through the comforters. First rooms mirror was shattered. Second rooms bathroom door glass was cracked. None of the light switches for lights above the beds actually worked. I felt for the staff as it was clear they care and were frustrated with management not fixing things.

We came here for my nephew’s soccer tournament. It has been such a great experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We have been treated with such kindness and hospitality, I’ve never had such a nice experience in that regard. The pool/hot tub are so nice and my family has really enjoyed them! The breakfast and breakfast room are really nice and top quality!! I don’t often leave reviews but had to this time. The people working in this hotel made it imperative that I did. They are just that wonderful!

Stay here often, Ali and the rest of the front desk staff make the check in process seamless. Rooms are clean, breakfast is okay.

I stayed there 3 nights and it was great. I did have a small issue with a room key but the folks at the front desk(David and Achhar) immediately took care of it. In fact the offered genuine service with a smile that you really don't get in these times. David and Achhar are awesome and the hotel weas nice!

We always Stay in Marriot Group Hotels Includes Westin, Ritz, Spring hills owned by Manages By Marriot but looks this location is a Franchise , The Worst things we experienced 1) Maintenance staff Very rude 2) the Carpet in the hallway stinks 3)Shower , they have a funny faucet, no hot water , and faucet did not work , called front desk no one showed up , we all did not even taken shower , have to check out and the front ladies are very ruff and rude , also we found they only respect one skin color ,, looks like they are offering rooms free for others, Very ridiculous , 3) The Towels quality : Worst and they stinks too , and looks they reuse the towels until they tore , not Marriot quality , We went next day to Pittsburg, PA Spring hills suites , the Quality is amazing, , Conclusion: We never recommend this Spring hill suites located at 20065, Lakeview Center Plaza Ashburn , VA location to our Companies and to all the employees and even to our Friends and Families , Marriot Group should always send Inspections to all the franchise locations, especially to the franchise locations owned by non Born Americans
