WHEN FENCE FALLS, a premiere featured selection from the Partnership in Play with Frank Silvera Writers’ Workshop and ABTF, drops audiences into April 5, 1968 — the day after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is assassinated, cities are burning, and a group of young friends meets in secret to plan something that could shake the movement to its core. What begins as grief becomes strategy, what begins as outrage becomes danger, and one hidden secret threatens to expose them all. This is not a history lesson — it is a tense, urgent, edge-of-your-seat theatrical experience audiences will get to witness first at ABTF.
