Look i wanted to leave a review because I didn’t even get the chance to check-in i literally cancelled my reservation because i was shocked how my husband was treated i don't care if he's black and im hispanic but to not let the guest speak and say “you sure you didn't reserve in motel 6” is very offensive to say that to him and when i go in i tell them im trying to check-in you ask for id and i told her i don’t have it im coming from Florida and when i did the reservation THRU HOTEL CHOICE i specifically told the agent to put my hubby name im the reservation because they will ask for ID and i left mine in FL well apparently she put it in the notes that he will be the one checking in i literally informed the front desk theres a note in the reservation that hes the one gonna check in because i dont have my ID and the agent didn’t put it under his name “NO i need proof of ID” and im telling her that why when theres a note from hotels choice that hes will be checking in and the lady started talking in their language and didn’t bother to try to look up the reservation kept repeating “i need proof of ID” and im like ok whatever so of course i walked out because thats just rude and like no hospitality or care to be like ok no worries lets make a new reservation with his name and cancel the existing no she literally said “oh well go handle that and call them figure it out” like really so of course im gonna cancel it im not gonna do no reservations and called hotel choice and they got reported because thats not customer service you should never treat a guest like that and im in a better hotel now Extended Stay was worth it EVEN NO DEPOSIT COMPARED TO COMFORT INN IS $100 lol terrible experience the fact i didn't bother to check in i just cancelled it straight up

Currently checked in at the hotel, it’s 12:45am. Room#315. Me and my wife were laying down watching tv and the both us started feeling itchy, Out of curiosity we checked the sheets and under the pillow to find a bed bugs. I recorded a video and went to the front desk to see if there’s anything they could do. The gentleman “Mr. Young” really had no care at all, blank stared at the computer and said they’re fully booked and didn’t offer us anything or like he said he couldn’t because nobody was there. I asked for supervisor information and I couldn’t even get a name!

Had to file a PayPal dispute to get my 2 separate $100 deposits returned to my credit card. When I called the front desk to ask about it they were very rude and claimed it was returned. When I called PayPal they said no returns were issued, so I filed 2 claims, luckily I had asked for a paper receipt to prove they were deposits. After the disputes were filed, only then did I get the return. Check your accounts people, this hotel is keeping your deposit if you use an online booking service.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed at a reasonable rate. We will be back! Great beds, shower with tub & hot water, towels, in-room microwave, fridge & mini bar sink, nice breakfast, good coffee, easy parking, efficient and attentive staff. Excellent location. Multiple good restaurants within 1-block radius.

It was a okay place to stay not to bad for being off the highway

Only thing is that the staff will penalize you if you dirty a washcloth or towel. They will take your 100$ deposit. Which makes sense and keeps customers from making a mess in the rooms. I guess it works out. Lol

I am not sure what to say about this place, I live in the area so knew what to expect in that regard. The good: -The staff seemed polite and helpful. -The room was clean (in spite of the condition of the room, more details below) -The breakfast was acceptable - Stay was extremely affordable - The mattress was clean -The shower was hot and had good pressure -The sheets and towels were clean (but had small stains, I can live with it) The not so good: - The room I stayed in was in one of the worst conditions of any I have stayed (pictures attached) - The walls had poorly repaired holes -The carpet had bare spots and stains - the box spring was really gross - The counter and cabinet were coming away from the wall - The toilet paper holder was held in by tape - The light fixture in the bathroom was rusting All in all, I would not stay here again. I am grateful for affordable places like this as I think this hotel is a good option for those facing housing insecurity, but it was not what I was looking for.
