If you have private commercial health insurance, stay far away from this clinic. Their administrative staff is completely incompetent at basic medical billing. They sat on my insurance card for six months, took lazy shortcuts by dumping me into an 'uninsured' program without my knowledge, and caused a dangerous two-week lapse in my daily PrEP medication. When they finally tried to fix it, they botched the paperwork so badly it got immediately denied by my insurance, and then tried to force me to fill out a confusing 5-page financial welfare application demanding my personal tax returns. They silently cancel appointments via a glitchy portal without calling your phone, and their providers are condescending when you question their lapses. I finally walked out, demanded to be removed from their system, and switched to MISTR. Avoid the headache and use a professional telehealth service instead. To kind clinic: do NOT message me under this review and do NOT try to contact me anymore. I literally told you Thursday IN the clinic and to the provider on your faulty portal that I will no longer be using your services. It’s Tuesday and your people are STILL messaging me about being denied for something you all should have taken care of in the first place with having insurance . I’m done with you and your terrible communication.
