When it comes to value, great service, and cleanliness no other hotel in Bellingham beats the Coachman Inn. We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times at this point and it’s been great each time. The people who work here are always super nice and there’s always nice touches (like offering free water bottles)!

Check is was great.The gentleman checking us in was very friendly, offered a lot of information. It was a better than normal basic breakfast. There were plenty of choices. Fresh coffee was tasty. Room was spotless, had everything we needed for a short stay.

The rooms are basic but the people who work here are AMAZING. I’ve serious never had such nice helpful people at any hotel ever. In fact this is the first review I’ve ever written cause I was so grateful for how kind and helpful they were after we desperately needed a room after a long terrible travel day. 100%recommend.

Our go-to place when visiting Bellingham. Clean and comfortable. Kind staff. They were nice enough to give us coffee and tea.

For a modest motel, this place exceeded my expectations and I can see why it’s so well-reviewed. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, well maintained, and the front desk was consistently kind across different shifts. It’s also close to downtown and quiet. I would definitely stay here again on a budget.

From the top to the bottom this coachman inn is world class. No matter what you have going on, traveling through, visiting friends, or just looking for a nice stay, you’ll love it here. From the ownership to the staff they really care about service. I just can’t say enough.

I haven’t stayed here personally, but I know the people behind it - and they are such a beautiful family. The kind of people who genuinely care, show up for others, and do things with intention. That energy carries into everything they touch, and I have no doubt this place reflects that. Bellingham is lucky to have them!

Great place to lay down for the night. Beds, comfy. Shower, good height and temps. Owner, manager, and crew are a great family who really show how much they care about their job by the work you'll see them doing everyday to make your stay comfortable and clean. 10/10 would recommend. Stay here.

100% worth every cent and more. Anyone with sensory issues or sensitive skin: THESE SHEETS ARE FOR YOU. It was just SO nice to find a place where the blankets aren’t starched to heck and back. The rooms are VERY clean and the complimentary breakfast is above and beyond the price point imo. You can tell this is a family joint and that they put a LOT of work into it. I genuinely hope I’ll need a room in Bellingham again soon so I can keep sending business their way.
