Great staff great hotel charged for parking

This is so ideal for being downtown and sucha good deal!

Hotel desk knew there was a kids party happening in the pool. Put me in a room away from pool.

Hotel Bo was easily one of my favorite stays in Chattanooga. The rooms were comfortable, and the entire property had a fun, laid-back atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the outdoor café by the pool. Being able to grab breakfast, lunch, or a cocktail without leaving the hotel was such a nice touch. I especially loved the garage doors at the café. They could be opened up to let in the fresh air, which made the space feel open and inviting. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a meal, or unwind with a drink by the pool. The customer service here deserves its own shoutout. Every employee I came across was professional, personable, and happy to help. You can tell they take pride in the guest experience, and it made a great stay even better. I also appreciated being able to park directly outside my room, which made everything incredibly convenient. Between the atmosphere, amenities, and exceptional service, I would stay at Hotel Bo a thousand times over.

I would rate this hotel 3/5 overall. The biggest positive is the location. It’s very central, close to the interstate, and within easy walking distance of Chattanooga’s bars, restaurants and attractions. The area felt safe to walk around, even in the evenings, and the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. While the proximity to the interstate is convenient, it also creates a significant amount of road noise. With the room doors facing towards the interstate, getting a quiet night’s sleep was difficult. The pillows didn’t help matters either, as they were very small and offered little to no support or firmness. I was also disappointed to be charged $12 per night for parking when already paying to stay at the hotel. The breakfast, whilst free and not advertised, was extremely limited, consisting of a coffee machine and a few muffins. Another concern was the atmosphere around the property during the evenings. It often felt as though some guests were living there on a long-term basis, with groups regularly congregating outside smoking (including cannabis on occasion) and drinking late into the night. While nobody caused any direct problems, it did make the hotel feel less welcoming and family-friendly than expected. Overall, the location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points, but the noise, lack of amenities, and overall atmosphere mean I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Bo , from the time we walked in the door ! The front desk lady was such a pleasure to talk to and very helpful , room was nice and clean , pool was great and warm surrounded by friendly guest , and the bartender was great at suggesting drinks and very friendly….we will definitely be returning!

This place beat my expectations for what I paid Ipre checked the beds before anything and they are GOOD I even check the duvets looked brand new no stains or anything loved that it’s looks like place was slightly renovated customer service great no microwaves in room just a heads up other that absolutely no complaints I would book again

I came here for the Wits woman’s travel content creator summit. It was affordable and conveniently located. It’s a motel it was clean. It had the right amount of air-conditioning. It was actually really cute. It reminded me of something that would be in Las Vegasvery retro. They had a decent store bar and pool, but would stood out to me the most with how safe I felt how comfortable I felt. Erika went above and beyond. You don’t know I left. I loved the strawberry theme. They had fresh strawberries and strawberry water and champagne. I’ve actually never experiences and I’ve stayed in really really really high-end hotels. This place is fun very unique. Ashley, george, Tiffany and erika all were amazing. Very quiet hotel/motel. Would stay again. I loved the Rx cola and cookie.
