The Crash Pad: Un hostal poco común

Will was great! The rooms were clean, located in a great area and we felt safe.

Quaint little place. Perfect for just an overnight stay without paying for all the bills and whistles. Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. We loved the fan. Nice touch! Location is great. We went there specifically to stay after a show at The Signal. Just a very short walk away and lots to do in between.

Clean bunk beds, shared area, kitchen, and bathroom with great price! Also free crash pad rental for bouldering days! It was easy to connect with other climbers. I'd highly recommend if you're visiting Chattanooga to climb, stay here!!

Nice place to stay, location is great and the emanaties are clean

This place rocks, literally. It was very clean and beautiful. The place has good energy and seems to attract wayward travelers with compassionate hearts.

crash pad is a shared, low-cost place for travelers or workers who just need somewhere to sleep for a short time. It’s usually not like a normal hotel. People share rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, and it’s meant for temporary stays rather than long-term comfort. This crash pad works for people who are traveling, working overnight shifts, or passing through the city and need an affordable place to rest. Just know that it can be noisy at times since several people are sharing the same space, and kitchen and seating areas may be shared with others. If you’re looking for something very private or quiet like a hotel, this may not be the best fit. But if you understand the crash pad style and need an inexpensive place to stay for a short time, it can serve that purpose.

This place is super cozy!

Wonderful stay, the bunks were wonderful, bathrooms clean. There is a lof of nightlife in the area so citizens will be enjoying that on the weekends.

Great place to stay! The kitchen and living room/lobby area is really nice to spend downtime. Lots of clean linens/towels/extra pollowd. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Beds were nice, only comment would be they probably need another beam for the full sized top bunk. It had a stiffening plate but was still sagging with one person up there, two would make me nervous.

Bad experience. A worker of the opposite sex waltzed into the restroom while I was using it. Besides making my presence known, the worker continued to clean and made me uncomfortable. I get the vibe that this place is a very VERY open community. It might be good for some people into that kind of thing. However, this is a little bit too open for me.

This place has very misleading policies. I was asked not to come back because I'm a Chattanooga local and they have a "no locals" policy. In addition, they mentioned me having a dog with me in the room; their website clearly states that they welcome pets with "open arms" (see screenshot). I think the Crash pad has a good environment, but the communication from the management is extremely poor. And I think it's just absurd to not cater to people who live in Chattanooga (as a local Chattanooga business)
