Fairly basic, classic roadside motel. Not bougie, not seedy. Beds comfortable, decent amount of room, regular amenities. Budget friendly!

I'll be honest I had my reservations but I travel for work so have seen the worst of the worst Staff is responsive and snow gets cleared promptly. Other issues are also addressed when raised if possible. Looks like new management is working on refreshing a local staple. Overall I enjoyed my stay as the room worked perfectly for what I needed. Once the weather gets nicer redoing the bathrooms and especially updating the windows to double/triple pane would make this hidden gem excellent. It appears some people might be living there on section 8 - but hey its winter in a blue state. Cricket and the ants doesnt apply in la la land

The gentleman at reception was very friendly and the price of €68 was also okay, but the room was dilapidated and dirty.

I promise you, do NOT stay at this motel-you will so regret it later and it will be the biggest headache for you. An absolute health hazard, extremely disrespectful and outright abusive manager, atrocious service. Booked my room and when I walked in it was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were dead bugs on the ground, flies, hairs everywhere, and I woke up with a load of bed bug bites all over my body. When I told the staff the next day and showed my bites, they said they would clean it the next day but no refund or switching rooms. The next day, I came back and NOTHING WAS CLEANED. It was late, woke up the next day with even more bites, and when I pressed the manager I needed a refund or to switch rooms because this was unacceptable, he actually slammed the door in my face and said “if you don’t like it then leave.” I tried pressing further but manager staff completely ignored me and shut the door on me. Please save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my 40 years of life. The man at the reception yelled at us and even threatened to call the police simply because we asked to change our room due to its horrible conditions. The bathroom was full of mold, the room was infested with flies, the sheets were dirty, the floor was sticky, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with cut wires, and the bathroom blinds were broken so anyone could see inside. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised – it was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the entire place smelled terrible — even the reception area had a repulsive odor. At first, the receptionist offered us a refund because he claimed the hotel was full, and we accepted. But just moments later he started shouting at us, demanding we “prove” what was wrong, and then tried to blame us for the damages that were clearly old and deteriorated. We were treated in the most disrespectful way possible and were kicked out of the property in an extremely rude manner. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It is filthy, unsafe, smelly, and run by the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. Honestly, it would be better to sleep in your car than to stay here. This place should be shut down for unsanitary conditions.
