Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover

Great.and wonddrfu wonderful

Very comfortable hotel and clean.

Rude receptionist Jose, smelly room, very poor breakfast and a cold pool.

Very nice very clean room

Clean great service.

Excellent hotel 5 stars!

Warm towels!

Some staff need to be trained or find a new job.. Pool not heated. Same breakfeast every day..Was told not to use a paper cup for juice to expensive.. Worst Hilton stay that I can recall ! Plenty of other hotels around. I will not be back..

The hotel was very nice but what made it 5 stars was Jose at the front desk. He went out of his way to make us feel like family! We used to always stay at Hiltons and then we had a very bad experience. My in-laws booked this hotel, and Jose has completely changed my feeling about the brand. We will definitely be staying at hiltons moving forward! Thank you Jose
