The rooms were fine, the customer service lacking any service at all. The front desk staff at check in, two brunettes, barely said a word and had scowls on their faces when our family five checked in. We needed a place to stay in between moves. No thank you, no welcome, nothing but can I have your last name. Impressions matter and they successfully made us feel uncomfortable from minute one. Parking was a steep $39 a night. We did enjoy the free breakfast and the courtyard for leisurely mornings, and the location is outstanding for exploring restaurants, food and shopping in Boystown. Will take a hard pass on this property again.

This is an absolutely beautiful bohemian style hotel that is located in a very safe and storybook neighborhood. The rooms were very clean and spacious, free breakfast, Roman style hot tub with atrium, infrared cedar sauna, and fitness center. There’s a beautiful courtyard out front for watching the city. Book it

I've been staying here for years and have always appreciated the comfortable rooms, great location, convenient parking, excellent service, and amazing cinnamon rolls. However, this time I was delighted to see a bunch of recent upgrades, from the reception area to the patio furniture, to the finishes in the room, everything was gleaming and beautiful. This is hands down the best place to stay in Chicago.

So I stayed her to enjoy boytown and I come to Chicago from ohio at least 3 times a year. I never stayed in this area usually I'm close nbc building. But the room are okay parking was 50$ a day which is normal in the chi . But late night about 8pm y'all me and my husband came to the patio just to take pictures of our out fit and we where approached by a guy who didn't speak a lick of English point to his hotel card and just saying where. We where confused so we asked him something wrong and he respond KEYZ.but pointed at his hotel key . He continuing to point at his key so we showed him our hotel key. Once he seen that his accent went away and said sorry, as we looked over at the front office a lady was standing their with her arm crossed looking at the window working the desk. Their was other events that happen at this hotel but I learned don't go where you are not welcomed. But take your chance

Even though I was traveling solo I chose a double room because it was larger and slightly less expensive. It was very clean and up-to-date, with USB ports by the bed. The TV allowed you to sign in to your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The free breakfast was okay, but I preferred to eat at the neighborhood restaurants.
