This venue was awefull. In the past it was good but as of 2026 it has seriously deteriorated in service and cleanliness. Here for IML and there was basically no one there the entire weekend. Definitely not worth the buying the VIP pass. No lines. Barely the the attendance of an average weekend during IML. Don't waste your money. Staff if is mice but management horrible.

Refused to give me the student discount even though I had a valid student ID. Very rude staff. Edit: I am referring to the free student membership, which is available all the time, not the weekday discount the owner responded to. I brought all the information required on the website but was still overcharged by an extremely rude staff member.

The staff at the entrance, a couple of pedantic young men, ruin your experience with their arrogant attitude. I'll never come back. It's a shame to depend on two employees for this place not to function properly.

They have a no bag policy. The website is down so I wouldn’t know. I brought a duffel bag with sandals and essentials. The staff explained that there was nothing he could do about it. That they have bag check on weekdays but not on weekends especially today that theres a party happening. I was still talking to him when he walked out while I was talking to him. He came back with tea in a paper cup and started sipping and raising his eyebrows while I was talking. I know this review sounds funny but it was a very disappointing situation since I’m visiting from NY and only had one hour and a half to visit the space.

I've been to some of the greatest bathhouses around the world, and I can safely say this is one of the best. If I could I'd be there once a week and love it! The sauna is amazing! The facilities are clean and top notch. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

If you can't conform to the beauty standards of this super "inclusive" community, then don't bother coming unless you want end up like those sad saps who spend hours alone in those rooms waiting for no one to come

Security outside literally checked and when checking he grabbed my junk completely and lifted made me the most uncomfortable and was very rude. Didn't do that to anyone else that I seen. That is not okay. Love coming here but that is 100% not okay.

Facilities have always been top notch at Steamworks (especially the gym and hot tub area) but I know they've gotten some bad ratings on here for poor service (and understandly so, in the past). Just wanted to note in this review that the quality of customer service has gone up drastically in the last year or so. I have had nothing but positive experiences with staff for at least that long.

On 02/14/2026, I drove two hours to visit this place (checked in around 12AM), but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I felt poorly treated by the reception staff — especially Cesar, who was extremely rude, impolite, and seemed to be in a very bad mood. The customer service was unacceptable and came across as aggressive, which made the environment uncomfortable from the start. I strongly recommend urgent customer service training for the front desk staff, particularly Cesar, who did not demonstrate the professionalism or attitude expected when dealing with clients.
