Sobre este lugar Aloft by Marriott Cleveland Downtown

Aloft Cleveland Downtown is a Marriott-brand hotel on West 10th Street, at the edge of the Warehouse District above the Flats. Rooms follow the Aloft formula: compact, modern and tech-oriented, with a lobby bar. It is a mainstream gay-friendly hotel, not a gay venue. The Flats East Bank restaurants, the lakefront and the downtown stadiums are all walkable. Cleveland's LGBTQ+ bars are mostly elsewhere, in Ohio City and Lakewood, a short drive or rideshare away. Google rating 4.1 from nearly 2,000 reviews.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and I especially appreciated the high-quality towels, washcloths, and complimentary toiletries. The location couldn’t have been better, it was just a short, easy walk to Huntington Bank Field, and the area felt very safe both during the day and at night. The hotel also offered great amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the rooms aren’t oversized, they’re thoughtfully designed and provide the perfect amount of space without ever feeling cramped. After some disappointing hotel experiences recently, it was such a relief to have such a wonderful stay. I would absolutely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We booked this location in order to see fireworks on the Fourth of July. It did not disappoint. The location was perfect for viewing, but it was also a lovely hotel. The front desk team was professional but fun, efficient, and honored my request for a high floor room. They were also and very helpful when I ran into the bed frame(not their fault- I’m just clumsy) and cut myself. I needed a few bandages and they made sure I was OK and got what I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. In spite of the city having many events going on, our room was very quiet - which was a nice bonus. We had dinner at the restaurant next door, Lago, which was also outstanding. Great stay and we would donut again!

We stayed here for the Fourth of July. The location is great because you’re right by all the action in the city, but that’s the only real thing that stands out. In our first room the AC didn’t work, so they moved us to another room, where the AC didn’t work. It was 99 degrees on July 3rd… You have to buy EVERYTHING separate from your room. Our room was almost $500, but it didn’t come with toothpaste or a toothbrush. We had to buy one downstairs in the lounge area. You also have to pay to play music on the TV, like, what? You also have to pay for breakfast, which is not a normal hotel continental style. We were given some coupons for “free” breakfast, but it was for $10 bucks, then I still had to buy the rest. You have to buy everything… We also attended the fireworks event, and tickets were $65 dollars, AND IT DIDNT INCLUDE FOOD OR DRINKS! So I buy $70 tickets to watch fireworks? And have the privilege of buying food? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING! Overall our experience was decent because the city offered us lots of options for fun, but I’d like it if our hotel was just more affordable and reasonable. But shoutout to Kenni the Bartender, she’s a real one. Give her a raise.

My daughter and I took a girls' trip, and this hotel was perfect. It was located in a great location walkable to many restaurants. The hotel has valet parking for 45 per night, as well as other options. The room had a safety box, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The products were wonderful they were from dry bar, which was very impressive. Our room was very clean, air was easy to control, and there were channels to watch with options to rent movies and music. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
