Traveled to Cleveland to visit Case Western (CW) just down the road and it was a pleasant stay for about $165 per night (includes taxes, fees, trip protection insurance). So, while it was a good stay, we did pay well enough for it. Parking was extra. As of July 2026, there was construction on the main street in front of the hotel, so we had to circle around the back to get into the parking lot. location is just a few minutes walk from the CW campus, which is convenient if the hotel on campus is full and the weather is nice (as they were for us). The rooms were nice and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. There was no carpet. The bathroom was nicely designed and our shower had hot water and good pressure. No free breakfast, but there is a buffet available for about $20 per person, which included: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash (from a can), biscuits & gravy, plus fruit, cereal, and some grocery store quality "baked" goods. Overall, I feel like it was a standard value for what we paid--maybe I would have expected a little bit more even, given the total cost of around $190 per night after parking. In that price range, I'd try the on-campus lodging if you can get it. Again, my goal was to visit the university, specifically. Otherwise, it's a solid hotel.
Loved everything about The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland. Historic building that’s had its guest rooms renovated & modernized beautifully, especially the cool bathroom. Great location for visiting the Cleveland Museum of Art & attending performances at Severance Music Center, both a short walk from the hotel, as well as exploring beautiful University Circle, a major cultural, educational, and medical hub. The restaurant & bar add to the old-school charm of the lobby & are a wonderful convenience. I’m not a fan of air conditioning so not having it available, but a large floor fan instead, was fine by me, but please be forewarned that if no air conditioning is a deal breaker, you’ll want to look elsewhere. I appreciated the convenient & reasonably priced parking directly aside the hotel. Lovely staff. I’ll be back!
other than the construction out in front great place
Comp needed!! No couch or anything to sit on except the bed, and a broken desk chair . When I asked for a chair I was told we don't have any. Finally got a chair from the employee break room and carried it to my room (902) myself. Paid for a 4 star hotel, got taken. No one here gives a crap about 2 senior citizens in a room for 3 days with nowhere to sit. Hilton took me and doesn't care. Can I get a response from Hilton corporate? It's not right at the Tudor arms.
