Hilton Garden Inn Columbia/Northeast

one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at. clean & spacious rooms. carpeted floors. and hand sanitizer right by your floors elevator. love that.

I'm so grateful for Carly and Dan at the front desk. They were life savers! I traveled down from Canada and had a booking with another hotel in the area. That hotel had given me improper information and my booking was not as expected and they would not make it right. I was pretty stuck and didn't know where else to go as I had just driven 13.5 hours. I reached out to this hotel and got Carly she was able to arrange exactly what I needed and it was only about 15.00 more than I had budgeted. Furthermore when I finally arrived at the hotel I met Dan at the front desk and shared with him about the issue I had just experienced. Without me even asking or saying anything Dan realized the other place had a breakfast included and included it for us here. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with the care that was shown to my family and I and I'm so glad everything worked out. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was wonderful and I'm very grateful for Alyssa who served us the next day at breakfast. This team of people were wonderful ambassadors of the Hilton brand and I will absolutely return here if the opportunity comes again Thank you for everything, God bless you 🙏

Great location, clean rooms and excellent service! Our room key didn’t work at first and hotel staff went above and beyond to make it right. We enjoyed staying there and will be back!

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The property is consistently clean, and the service is top-notch. The staff is wonderful, and the bartenders really add to the fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!

this hotel has always been very nice, recently renovated, everything was done very well. the gym was very good for a hotel gym, this hotel did used to have a pool when i visited once, it does not anymore so be aware of that
