Luis has great service. Really good sushi restaurant!

Visited Steel for the first time this week for dinner. We will definitely be back. The restaurant wasn’t too busy for a Thursday which seemed odd. The sushi was incredible. Enjoyed the firecracker roll and the softshell crab appetizer. Service was as excellent. Next time you are looking for sushi in the part of Dallas give Steel a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Went in for dinner, had the most spectacular experience ever. Perfect atmosphere, perfect music, most amazing food, amazing staff and we've dined all over the planet.

I guess let’s start with outside. They do have valet parking that’s a plus especially when it’s cold. Walking in the atmosphere is really nice semi dim lit dining room. The staff is really nice and attentive the prices are reasonable the food isn’t crazy good I ended up getting a wagu on a hot rock was supposed to be slices of the beef that you can cook on a hot rock at the table. Now for 25$ 5 small pieces of meat that wasn’t wagu just looked like a real good piece of stake with ok marbling it’s not worth the money at all. I also tried the short ribs and the lamb chops both were ok nothing crazy. Drinks are good for the price too over all it’s a good place to go to sushi was nice too it’s not a 5 star restaurant or anything like that but for a quick meal in a nice environment with helpful staff it’s worth it.

Kayla was our server and made the evening so fun. Great food and atmosphere. Happy hour is good too!

We just want to say we ordered a takeaway this evening and my god it was fantastic. We have the shrimp pad Thai, layers of flavour (not to sweet or drowning in sauce), very well balanced and ulterly delicious. I could have eaten two! The crispy beef again was crisp, full of flavour, but not too salty or sweet. Whoever did the cooking this evening nailed it and hand down the best Chinese food we’ve had in DFW. FYI we’re from the Uk and eaten at several Michelin Starred Chinese restaurants in London, so it was THAT good. Thank you

We are Louisiana people and know food! We love this place and Lewis is amazing! Dallas people need to remember this place!

Disappointed as Steel had always been a fav of ours. Booked the wine room for 10 for my 50th bday. The restaurant may be under new ownership and was almost empty yet service for us was slow. We had 2 servers and the main one was in a constant rush and had a bad attitude. They were out of a few items we normally like and the food quality was also lower than the past. Sorry but Steel will not be in our list of special restaurants going forward.

Eight of us came Halloween night for dinner. The place was very quiet, but then again we came in after 9pm. Sushi was great. Enjoyed the different rolls and the fish was fresh. Some of our party had the cooked entrees and from appearance looked very nice and the portions were large. Wait staff was attentive and reasonable. All in all a great experience. Would recommend people to dine here.
