SOHO Ferndale

Last night. The older female bartender, I believe the only one there carded me(I am 40) which she always makes a point to do even though I have been there multiple times recently and she has served me. I asked why she keeps carding me and no one else on the bar. She said that it was policy. I said that didn’t make sense. She then threatened to kick me out if I didn’t stop asking her. It was very embarrassing and I don’t know why she is unkind to me constantly. I always tip her very well. I am polite and kind always. I am truly perplexed by the whole thing. I contacted management via IG. No response yet.

There is a reason Detroit is not talked about. The love has left the room....

Kareoke on Sundays! Had a blast!

Great spot during the week. Bartenders are friendly and fun. Claire is wonderful. On the weekend it gets a little too crowded for my taste. Definitely a younger crowd but its fun for a drink or 2.
