Very nice and clean

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Swiftwater Hotel completely changed my opinion of what was otherwise a beautiful property. During our stay, we kept the Do Not Disturb sign on our door the entire time. Before checkout, I discovered that $120 in cash was missing from a wallet that had been hidden inside another bag in the room. I immediately reported the issue at checkout and waited while management was contacted. Later, I was informed that their investigation found "no signs of theft." However, throughout the process I was repeatedly encouraged to contact the police and block my credit cards, which seemed like a strange response to a report involving missing cash. What made matters worse was the inconsistent explanations. During a phone conversation, I was told that no one had entered the room. Later, management stated that a supervisor had entered the room to collect soiled towels. The problem is that no towels were ever removed from our room The missing $120 is frustrating, but the bigger issue is the lack of transparency and the changing story. Every response seemed to contradict the previous one. Management left me with more questions than answers. The hotel repeatedly said that guest satisfaction is a priority and that they hoped I would return. Unfortunately, when a guest reports missing money from personal belongings, words alone are not enough. No effort was made to rebuild trust or acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. It's disappointing because we genuinely enjoyed the property and had planned to return. After the way this was handled, we won't be coming back. Watch out people.

The Hotel itself is beautiful. Immature and unprofessional front desk staff. My wife and I came here for our mini honeymoon, and I was very saddened by the service and unprofessionalism that the front desk displayed to say the least...very offensive. We had to asked for clean washclothes two nights in a row , and they seemed offended for asking. Not very welcoming either when asking for extra washclothes The front desk staff were very loud when discussing there personal life, anyone in ear range would have been offended. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. I did speak with the manager Al about my concerns, and he really gave a heartfelt apology, which I appreciated.

The swiftwater is the perfect staycation. The staff were so professional and everything was clean & modern. I can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend recently and this place is absolutely gorgeous!! All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Everything was very clean and the concierge service is phenomenal!! I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to the area!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. As someone with mold and dust allergies my body did not have any reactions staying here. Everything is so clean and new. The food at the restaurant was delicious as well and the outdoor patio area with the heated pools were very relaxing.

This was so much more than I expected. A perfect stay! Not one complaint I love this place and asked to go back for my birthday.. Every one was very nice. We went celebrating my girl’s birthday, and there was a card with all the stamps name on it. That was so nice.❤️

Beautiful hotel, service amazing, couples atmosphere, elegant and peaceful! Live band , outdoor omniance relaxing , pool, fire pit..every little detail fulfilled down the the coffee. We be going back

This hotel is beautiful! We had a room with our own private plunge pool and it came in handy with the rainy weather. A few VERY tiny things I would add or change are towel hooks for wash cloths in the shower, towel hooks in the pool area, change the lights in the private pools to not flash colors to make it a bit more relaxing, and maybe add a tv to the pool area, but that's just an extra nice to have. Again, very minor things. We really enjoyed our stay! The concierge room was also nice to have access to limited beer, wine, coffee, and snacks. Plus, they have beautiful large windows to watch the wildlife behind the hotel. Also, there is a brewery within walking distance but this hotel is on a very busy road, so it would be cool to create a walking path for people to safely walk to the brewery.
