The Oxbow Hotel

The ambience of this place is insurmountable! Our room was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. The record players with record library and board games for check out at the front desk was so fun. We look forward to coming back here. It can be hard to find an exceptional place to stay that has both high quality lodging and top of the line customer service but this place has it. You won’t regret your stay here!

This was a horrible stay. Speaking with the girl at the front desk was very awkward and she made it very uncomfortable. I booked a king suite in the main hotel and I told the woman I had dogs but she never told me that I couldn't stay in the main hotel that I had to be in a specific. Area, because I have dogs, even though my dogs are observic. I shouldn't have been restricted to a said.Area. also, the room that I had to switch to was nothing like the room that I booked. I didn't have a suite. I didn't even have a microwave in my room Very disappointed with this hotel? And if in all honesty, I could get my money back. I would, and to everybody else, go stay somewhere else

We spent so much money here at the hotel and the bar. They are the worst. We've had friends come in and treated us like we were worthless. The "new" bartender was awful. She was "triggered". I will never have our friends come here. This is the worst place ever. I will forever boycott this place. I'm sad because we've had so many friends come out from out of state. I will look to go somewhere else.

I was told I would love this place, and we did! A record library for check out was awesome. Turntables in every room, plus an excellent bar with music. We’ll be back for sure! So many cool places within walking distance too!

The location is great, easily walk to lots of places in downtown area. The room itself was comfortable, could use some more lighting, TVs are older and offer no smart features ( would be nice to be able to cast or have streaming options). Some things on the property could use some attention like the external stairs leading to some rooms were deteriorating and have orange cones on them - watch your step. The property in general feels like it could use a face lift and little updating. We unfortunately did not have time to use the amenities like the bike rentals nor the courtyard area which both seemed nice. Although the music piping from the courtyard while not overly loud is audible in the room we were in which wasn't always appreciated.
