Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport by IHG

Desk staff was very nice and pleasant. If you are an IHG person or passing through Boise, would recommend this hotel. Clean, friendly and predictable as a holiday in express, which is a good thing

You must go around the Holiday Inn to go to the Holiday inn Express which can be confusing when your tired from driving 8 hours

We slept beautifully and had friendly service.

Great hotel right by the highway and airport. The hotel has plenty of parking, full restaurant and bar, snacks and water in theblobby, and nice rooms. There is an Applebee's next door as well. The shower heads were fairly high but lacked any real water pressure.

Clean rooms. Great staff.

Front desk clerk was very nice. There was hair on the shower chair which we did not use because of that and the mold on the wall. Stains on bedding and hairs. They do not dust whatsoever up high as my finger was caked with dust. The ground was gross and underneath the p-tac there was old cereal and crumbs. This hotel has potential but the rooms need more love. I would prefer if the manager reached out to me so i can show what needs improved. The hotel is in a great location right off the freeway and by a gas station and food which was nice.

My choice for every work trip out to Boise! Great location, clean, comfortable, and always friendly staff.

I called ahead and asked for an early check in for my daughter who was flying in from Hawaii. The gentleman I spoke to (at the location, as I verified that) said that should not be a problem but at the worst case there would be an hour wait. When she got there they told her an hour and it was 3 hours later that they finally gave a room and then the room was so dirty. I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said "oh sorry". My parents were in another room and they told them their room was ready but it really wasnt as they had cleaned the wrong room so they had to wait an additional 30 mins longer. The staff kept saying they cant help was central reservations said, BUT I 100% spoke to a man at their front desk as reservations transferred me. I just felt like the customer service was awful here. I will not be back and I stay at Holiday Inn's many times and have never had this!

Great stay during a long road trip. Am always pleased by IHG properties… great rooms, service, and breakfasts.
