This hotel was extremely disgusting! We drove to Michigan for my son’s basketball tournament and the team decided to stay here as the location was close to the tournament location! After driving 9 hours we were extremely exhausted and quickly checked the sheets and covers using our flashlight and I cleaned the bathroom so that we could shower. When we woke up in the morning, the sun shined in the room and we quickly saw mold within the comforter, blood on bedsheet and yellow stains near the frame of the bed! Just pure disgusting! Do not ever ever ever stay here! The assistant general manager was rude and did not offer a satisfactory resolution and stated that he understood the room wasn’t clean but could not offer me a refund because I stayed there for one night! I didn’t realize the room was filthy until the sunlight came in! If we come in at night, exhausted and with an expectation that the hotel abide by what they state that the rooms are clean, why are we expected to extra check upon exhaustion! This hotel is disgusting, smelled of cigarettes and had drunks and people doing drugs outside! Just nasty! Do not stay here!

This was our first time staying in the area. I had booked a family suite overlooking the pool. There is no in room microwave which would have significantly helped our stay. There was 1 and 1/4 roll of toilet paper when we checked in. There were only 2 towels stocked… again, for the family suite. We received no service during our 3 night stay. Quite honestly the only positive thing about our stay with the night front desk man that worked 03/31/26 near 5 PM. I regret not catching his name. He deserves 5 stars. This hotel however, deserves 0.001% of a star. Staying here was more of an inconvenience than being a “home away from home”! I am severely disappointed in this hotel and its service (save guy mentioned before!) The door that overlooks the door has air pockets and lets in a LOT of noise (I understand being near the pool we would still hear the pool, but it was like we were in the pool area while trying to sleep! I had to move my kids to the bigger area just so they could sleep! The phone doesn’t even work! The WiFi barely works as well which was disappointing while trying to find something to entertain the children. You can’t use YouTube on guest mode! And there’s only 1 kid channel available for until 8PM! The only reason we bothered to stay was because we had personal things to tend to! We did not enjoy a single moment being in the hotel so we made sure we were gone for most of the day! We thought the room would get serviced (at minimum at least once!) but alas the room sat untouched! We had no one to collect our trash, no one to replace towels. No one to assist us in anyway other than if we went down to the front desk to ask for what we needed when it should have been provided as a standard service. I used to work in a hotel and looking at certain things in the room, you could tell things were NOT getting done. The only ‘cleaning’ I’ve seen during our entire stay was some employee walking down the hallway with a broom and dustpan sweeping up scraps of paper. No vacuuming? Is this hotel allergic to cleanliness? Gross. Editing to add 04/07/2026 I don’t know what talking with internal members will do since clearly nothing changes. I should have listened to everyone else’s negative reviews. Future guests take heed.

Front desk was extremely difficult to deal with. Hallways freezing. Elevators freezing. Pool freezing (and not just normal cold pool temps, literally freezing!). Hot tub barely bath water temperature. No towels. Had to go get a towel, got 1. So when you got out of pool to dry off, you had no choice but to wear wet towel up to room through freezing elevator & hallway or walk to front desk for a swap, which they ran out, was washing, etc. Slide not working- would have to pay resort taxes if slide was working, so dont plan on it working ever again! Was told 10pm sharp is quiet time and strictly enforced. (Assuming this was relayed to anyone with children). However, till 2am the floor above us was having a good night or playing just dance! Unless you are a couple wanting to sit at the bar, avoid! And buy some cheap towels like every other hotel!!! Every person in the pool area, including those with no kids was complaining! All the reviews below are 100%. Chairs shredded, rooms not fully cleaned. Coffee cup spilt on heater. Cup & stains still there. They didnt move the blind. No breakfast, $18 for basic foods. No coffee, go pay at Starbucks. And front desk must only be nice if your a single adult. Hotel responses of will work on it, will fix it, etc are false! Great hotel for airport couples, thats about it!!!

This isn't a great place if you're looking to stay for an extended period of time. The management doesn't seem to accommodate or encourage guests seeking that arrangement and is more interested in having hockey teams from out of town stay weekends at a high price. My incurred charges for a room from just March 1st-March 14th were somewhere between $1300-$1400 following around $2000 in February. Yet somehow the room was still always locked when I left it followed by an insinuation from the desk more payment was needed or they were bothered by that I extended for over a month. It could've been the hotel doing a weird preauthorization thing where they ran my card, upon which it debited the funds out but apparently it was supposed to go back in the next day while ultimately collecting the funds on check out day. At least in my experience this system resulted in confusion between me and the staff. I was getting locked out of the room just about every day I was there and Joseph and Viktor explained they thought there were some red flags with my debit card being denied in the middle of the night after I had already been charged for the week. Apparently there was some sort of overnight audit. On top of this I ended up paying multiple deposits that were never refunded. In the grand scheme nothing about staying there was ever made simple. Luck of the draw of working with different staff members=different offered rates. I started off at $550 for 7 days which I thought was reasonable and that shot up to close to $700 in March. When I inquired they said this was the cheapest rate by the airport. It's not a one-star hotel by any means, clean and comfortable. The cockroach roommates I had at other hotels on 28th street can't seem to afford this rate so I wasn't putting up with them waving at me while brushing my teeth, but there's definitely a disconnect between the staff offered rates and being hospitable to guests there for a long term.

It's a place to sleep. Best bed and pillows i have ever experienced in a hotel. Good location. Quiet on 5th floor. Pleasant front desk manager. Free shuttle to anywhere within 3 mile radius. No microwave in room, and dining room closed after breakfast. Not a resort. A great place to sleep.
