Hyatt Studios Huntsville

One the location was fantastic. Less than a minute off the main strip. It was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. I had a late check in due to delayed flights and staff were there to help check me in. The gym and laundry facilities were definitely updated and clean. The room was a lot bigger than expected and had all the amenities I needed for an extended work trip. I was a little hesitant booking this hotel at the start since it had a low review rating but after staying 12 days I have nothing but the highest gratitude for this location!!!

Sounds travels pretty well between rooms. We where on the first floor heard the people above walking around all the time.

It was a cozy, clean, and fresh-feeling room. The room is equipped with an electric stovetop, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, cookware, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Everything was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors in the room. The hotel itself is new and clean. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

HOUSEKEEPING STEALS! Quite a disappointing experience here. The room had a thick layer of dust on the shelf where the dishes go which is so nasty as well as on top of the fridge. The 3 days I stayed there was no turn down service whatsoever. The breakfast in the morning was just very weak coffee and / or tea or a low quality packaged muffin or nutri grain bar or a banana or orange. Not really a “breakfast”. Every time I went down for coffee the canister was empty and the staff seemed to be annoyed that I asked for coffee. Worst of all is I forgot my credit card in my room and checked out when I got home there was a pending cash advance charge on my card the same day I left. The card was no where else it was absolutely there because I paid it in my room the day before and that’s the only time I took it out my entire trip. Also I never do cash advances. The only person in my room was the maid once I checked out. When I called the manager wasn’t working (also weird to not have a manager on site at all times) and the lady who answered the phone didn’t at all seem concerned or even apologetic. Me and my two cousins stayed here to go to the Ty Myers concert, and I was thoroughly impressed!! The staff was awesome, answered all questions, and very polite. This hotel has a gym, laundry access, and free breakfast which is awesome! The room was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend!!!

Perfect place when you want to go to the Huntsville Space and Rocket center. Less than 5-19 minutes but not so close that you pay extra for it. Comfy room and bed. Has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a family. We were traveling with a 18month old (1& 1/2 yrs old) and a 3 year old. Enough room for them both to play and some channels on the tv for kids when we need them to calm down. The only thing I would like a little more is if there was a full breakfast. But it's not enough of a negative point to even merit decreasing the star rating since you have almost a full kitchen. The staff told me that there are more of Hyatt Studios opening up, so we will look for one first whenever we are traveling again.

Great place to stay! Beds comfortable and a full size kitchen with stove and dishwasher!! Rooms are very large! Bathroom is very nice. Not the best water pressure and shower head isn't the best. But still would stay again!

Perfect stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and oh so clean!! Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Brand new hotel. Great space. Towels are fluffy, rooms are clean. The "Grab and Go' breakfast is a nutri-grain bar and coffee. The in-room kitchette is well equipped. We would've appreciated a toaster in the room, but the stove top, microwave and refrigerator were great.
