Damien Center

The Damien Center is Indiana's oldest and largest AIDS service organization, providing HIV prevention, testing, medical care, housing support, and mental-health services. Long a cornerstone of Indianapolis's LGBTQ+ community, it runs wraparound programs including PrEP access, case management, and a food pantry, and has expanded in recent years to include a workforce-services center and cafe on the near-east side. It remains a vital resource for people living with and affected by HIV across central Indiana.
