WoodSpring Suites East Lansing - University Area

We checked in and were given a key to an occupied room. Went back to the front desk. No apology. Blank stare. Asked for a refund. Told to call back on Monday when the manager was here. Have called three times. No manager on duty or phone just rings and rings. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was not bad, but service was non existent. 2 tread mills is all the fitness room had. I checked in with a kiosk, as the front desk closes before 4 pm. Getting a receipt was extremely painful, after 4 calls several redirects I finally spoke with a call center in a different nation who was able to email it to me

For the price that you have to pay for a room you should have: Coffee pot, silverware, plates, glasses, pans, hand towels!!! The room was clean but that's all I can say about that. No Coffee in the lobby. No one to talk to other than a kiosk. And that person doesn't speak English very well. I was trying to find out if they had any discounts and he couldn't understand.

Enjoy my stay only problem is hair still in the bathtub and sink other then that everything was good

Staff very helpful and professional. Room clean and grounds are kept neatly. Gym on site clean. Washers and dryers on site well taken care of. Have already been here a few days. Able to save money by cooking in the room. 2 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge. Plenty of storage for a week's worth of food. Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, Sam's club all close by.

Wonderful staff, from the front desk to maintenance everyone's top notch! Hotels tuck away for privacy with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by

And when I put three star for service I’m talking about the phone service they don’t even know what they’re saying lol

Not being able to sleep because of kids screaming in the parking lot after 11pm, barking dogs, then somebody smoking the wildest Marijuana I've ever smelled while playing loud music past 6am is crazy business! Who was I supposed to complain to. I don't want to be charged for this awful experience. I just wanted sleep. 0/5
