Anais and Jacob were extremely helpful. I appreciate both of them. Sean? Or Shawn? Yeah I don't know about that one. Extremely rude for no reason. Anais and Jacob fully contribute to this 5 star rating but I honestly think you may need to get rid of Shawn. Respectfully.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and neat. My room was perfect. It was very spacious, the kitchenette had everything I needed. Enjoyed my stay!

Left an item behind, but Joe (the front desk manager) went above and beyond to help me retrieve the lost item.

Friendly staff, great location lots of shopping and dining around. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options.

Great pool and grilling area get lobby plenty of room to play cards games with family and friends

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and retail, 15-20 minutes from the beach. There is a nice, clean pool that goes mostly unused. Public grills in great condition. Even a stovetop you can borrow. Rooms are excellent. Spacious with a kitchenette including an almost full size fridge/freezer. Breakfast had great options - one minor complaint, they keep the rolls and english muffins in the warmer, so they end up hard by the time you get them. Well appointed gym. The one thing that really annoyed me is that as a lifetime Diamond member, one benefit is late checkout when available. They would only offer an 11:45am checkout, unless I paid $100 to stay until 2pm. So it was available, but only if I paid.

I love the rooms and how it includes a partition with loveseat. If feels like a mini apartment ☺️ Service is always top notch and the rooms are spotless.
