Stayed 3 nites Nirvana Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The 2 buildings are under new ownership- newly updated inside & out. Reserved a room with king sized bed/ especially comfortable & relaxing. Can tell the owners take great pride in their hospitality business as the interior details like: bathrobes, bottled water, mini fridge, general sanitary esthetics create a welcome atmosphere. Home Sweet Home.. Directly next to property is oasis/open park w/picnic tables to have take out meals or pets to explore. Located directed across Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino. Convenient RTC buses stop within walking distance - in same area is a Panda Express & McDonalds for quick meals. Kudos to Tracy who manages the hotel registration & gift shop- best customer personalized service. Complimentary freshly brewed coffee. There is continental breakfast for a fee by pre-ordering through Tracy. Plus/ an Egg Shop breakfast take out restaurant on site. No concerns about safety as there is security guard on duty towards end of day into the early morning hours. All in all will definitely stay again - as the pricing very affordable, no resort fees- staff & accommodations were stellar experiences! Thank U.

Right across Mandalay Bay walking distance to allegiant Stadium . Better than staying at Luxor or excalibur. Very safe security 24 /7 Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive stay away from the casino crowds but close enough if you want to sample that kind of action. It is evident that this was once a run down hole, but it is clear that new ownership has put in great effort to making it a clean, bright, and safe place. I arrived for a late check in and was met by a security guard who was expecting me. That was a nice touch. The rooms are bright and newly refurbished.

A clean, and budget friendly location! An easy to find location for Uber and Lyft. Decent amount of parking. An on-site breakfast joint that serve serves a delicious egg sandwich. Has a little bit of a retro Motel field to it. The rooms were very clean. Hot water was hot cold water was cold. A refrigerator TV strong Internet. This is a hotel that should be on your shortlist to consider when staying in Las Vegas. If all you need is a place to sleep and store your stuff. You could repurpose your resources to enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer. As a frequent traveler and as a frequent traveler to Las Vegas, why pay for a larger room and amenities that you will never fully use?

Older vintage property. Met our needs, good location, room was clean, and service was good. We knew we weren't going to be in our room very much, so we opted for something that wasn't high priced. It's older, but the owner takes pride in their property. It has been fixed up and well maintained. I felt safe there, and our car and belongings were safe. There is a guy who stays and watches the lot all night so your belongings are looked after. It was a good experience for us; and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe and affordable stay. What they lack in flashy they make up for in customer service and little extras.

It is great that a quality budget hotel exists.

Great VALUE

Apparently it looks so old, but if you check in and go inside, you will be surprised. It was a well-organized and tidy room. I liked a message from the housekeeper (don't forget to tip her!), and the amenities were comparable to a 4-star hotel. I recommend you stay here. Korean: It looks incredibly worn out from the outside, but you will be surprised once you go inside. The room feels like it was newly built. As for the location, if you don't have a car, you have to take a deduced bus and walk for about 10 minutes, but considering the low price, it's acceptable. I recommend it!! Oh, and the strip view from the second floor is amazing. It feels like looking at the city from the countryside in GTA 5.
