Has a lot of potential but definitely needs some work. The menu feels very disjointed and everything on it is extremely heavy. The atmosphere is a little odd too. The food tasted fine. I wouldn't say it was bad but it certainly wasnt anything I would order again. There is a long menu of creative cocktails but the food menu is pretty limited and, like I said, the options are all heavy and/or fried. No coffee served at brunch. Won't be returning again for a while. Hopefully they can grow into something great!

I eat a lot of fine dining and I have a pretty decent reputation as far as fine dining is concerned all over the world, but especially in my hometown of Las Vegas; and what I will say about this place is that the food is mid & the staff are nice. But this is NOT a “fine dining” establishment. I hope people don’t make the same mistake trying to find a fine dining and then run into this place accidentally. Please be spared !!! I’m quite disturbed that this place is referring to itself as a fine dining establishment when they allow dogs!!! I’m a dog owner. I love places that allow dogs, but you cannot say that it has fine dining. Dogs and fine dining do not go in the same breath. I find it audacious. I find it insulting toward everybody else’s restaurants & groups that IS/ARE classified as fine dining, who worked very hard for merits & Michelins. To not be lumped in with gimmicky and catchy, including things that are so surreptitious for ‘fine dining’ as $.99 margaritas . No ,grow up. If you guys are gonna be like that, that’s cool and the locals definitely require some good deals, but that’s not a ‘fine dining’ thing. By all means do what you’ve gotta do as an establishment but the least you could do is not insult everybody by calling yourself fine dining with these business models. Respectfully. Because with the Term “fine dining” I was WILDLY disappointed with the misuse of terms upon arrival & witnessed. To me all of this stuff is acceptable UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCE THAT IT DOES NOT REFER TO ITSELF AS A FINE DINING ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE COMPLETELY INVALID. What makes this place fine dining? I came to eat here for fine dining atmosphere and I ended up getting gimmick and dogs ?! Why are you guys calling yourself “Fine dining” ?? to what credit is the fine dining label ??

The menu was a little difficult to understand at first, but once our waitress explained it, I was able to order the banana French toast with eggs and homemade sausage. The eggs were scrambled medium and cooked just right, and the food was absolutely delicious! The bottomless mimosas were slow to be refilled at times, but they truly never stopped—and they were really, really good. The music was bumping, the décor was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was lively and fun. Palette is a great brunch spot with a unique vibe that perfectly complements the artsy energy of the Arts District. I would definitely go back, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
