We had stayed here few times for work. Compare to all other locations, this place is the best and always feel like home. Fantastics and friendly customer service!Especially appreciation to the manager Jackie who works really hard to make it possible. She even clean the room herself and makes it ready when we check in early. Keep up with the good job!

Everything was goo but it was missing one thing I would have really like and give it a five star iratimg which would be the availability of 24 hour hot chocolate and coffee Besides that everything was good

Went here for vacation and I can say that I was thoroughly pleased. Staff is amazing and super friendly. If I end up visiting again you bet I'm coming back

Love the staff: Jackie the Manger, Olig ( sorry for spelling), Erica the evening front desk attendant is so friendly and talks to everybody, and I love to drive her crazy. Vilma who does the mournings and is so friendly. Namek who helps to fix anything in the rooms and is so nice. And then Amanda and Amy, evening overnight and weekends.And I know i'm leaving someone out that I don't know. Thank you for your friendliness for the past four months, while I waited for an apartment to be ready. The promises are decently maintained. I'm just not used to stuff being on the floor but it's not the end of the world that they do empty. The garbage here, i've not seen any bugs since I've been here in the hallways or the stairwells. Thanks so much!!

I've been a long time customer of Extended Stay. Although you have many locations in the Chicagoland Area, which gives me many options, I always seem to choose your Lombard location. The rooms are always ultra clean and the amenities always work at a high level. In addition, it always feels like family whenever I'm there. Your staff is always friendly and accommodating. Someone in charge at that facility, certainly knows how to pick good because all of the one I've met and interacted with certainly are quality human beings.
