If you Ever have the chance to stay here, do it ! I came from Texas to enjoy the ducks and boy the hotel is magnificent. Someone is training well as everyone treats you like you better than average ! I enjoyed the Duckmaster and ducks Very much. If I had known I could have been an ambassador while I was there I would have !! I LOVED IT !!

Wonderful Stay at The Peabody Hotel I originally planned to leave a full five-star review for The Peabody. The staff service, room cleanliness and the iconic duck show were all fantastic during my Labor Day weekend stay. However, I ran into an unpleasant issue when checking out. There was an erroneous extra charge on my credit card bill. I had to contact the hotel manager to get the overcharge refunded. What makes this even more frustrating is that the hotel already added an 18% service fee to my bill, and I separately tipped an additional 20% on top of that. For such a high-end, well-known historic hotel, accounting mistakes like this should never happen. It ruined part of my great overall experience. I still love the hotel’s atmosphere and staff, but I hope they can fix their billing system to avoid overcharging guests in the future. I spent the whole long Labor Day weekend at The Peabody, and it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic trip that I’d rate a solid 7 /10. Every single part of my visit was delightful beyond my expectations. I was greeted by Kelsea right at check-in with a huge warm smile. She was unbelievably friendly and processed my paperwork quickly without any wait, kicking off my holiday on such a wonderful note. My guest room was comfortable, beautifully kept and immaculately clean, offering a quiet relaxing space after wandering around the hotel. The lobby bar had an upbeat, energetic vibe, great for grabbing drinks and soaking in the fun atmosphere during my downtime. Without a doubt, the standout highlight was the Duck Master. He was absolutely incredible—super approachable, thoughtful and attentive to every guest. It’s funny how he seemed to pop up everywhere around the lobby all throughout the day. He shared fun facts about the hotel’s signature duck tradition and made the whole experience feel extra special. From warm front desk service to the iconic duck parade and vibrant lobby lounge, The Peabody delivered perfect hospitality from start to finish. I already miss this charming hotel and can’t wait to book another stay here soon.

We spent two nights at The Peabody Hotel and I would not stay in any other hotel in Memphis.

I always take my wife here for our anniversary. The staff treats us like we are celbrities. We are not, but they make us feel like it. There is nothing better the the Peabody lobby bar. It's so old school and classy. The rooms are always clean and roomy. Thanks guys and we will see you next year.
