Sobre este lugar Courtyard Mesa at Wrigleyville West

Courtyard Mesa at Wrigleyville West opened in 2020 at 2224 W Rio Salado Parkway, right next to Sloan Park. It has 129 rooms on three floors. Like its Sheraton neighbour, it's busiest during Cubs spring training in March, and it's handy for Tempe Town Lake and the ASU campus, a short drive west. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue. Mesa has no gay bar; the Valley's gay bars are in Phoenix's Melrose District, roughly 30 minutes west by car.

Perfect location for a spring training game. Just walk out hotel front door, across street and you're at an entry gate for Sloan Park. Front desk staff friendly. Room was clean. I thought $25 for parking was a bit much since the room rate is quite high due to spring training season. The hotel has a large parking lot in back that is mostly blocked off for ballpark use. Make sure to pay for parking via the QR code outside the front door of hotel! Very cool park with pond and kids play area with splash pad across street. Mainly booked this hotel for convenience.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Mesa at Wrigleyville for two nights, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained—exactly what I was hoping for. The main reason I chose to stay in a hotel instead of crashing at my friend’s house was to get a little peace and quiet—and I got exactly that. The hotel was nice and quiet overall, and my room was extremely peaceful. I slept like a baby for two nights straight, which is a big deal for a mom of a toddler! 😅 The room was spotless, the temperature was perfect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I honestly don’t have one complaint. Next time I visit my friend in Mesa, there’s a good chance I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay!

Very spacious and accommodating room in a modern hotel. Quiet (except for the AC unit), comfortable, and front desk was especially welcoming. Didn't see any other facilities close by but out of spring training season and parking plentiful. Some food choices available at the bar

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while on business. This hotel has to have one of the nicest staffs I’ve encountered over the last 17 years of traveling for business and pleasure. Every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered gave a “Good Morning” “Hello” “Hi!”. And it felt genuine, not forced. The front desk staff was also very friendly. One of the days I stopped by to get a water and snack from the market. The GM was helming the desk. When I gave him my room number to charge the two items to, he saw I was a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member and said the items were on the hotel. Small but appreciative gesture for my loyalty. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Great stay and great staff!!! We will be back, thanks again for going above and beyond. We really like the location for where we needed to get to in the valley. Everything was super clean, and looked newer. The park that the hotel was cool for the littles with a splash pad and fun play area. Lots of food options within a mile and a half.

I didn’t catch her name but the girl that works in the restaurant downstairs. With black hair and a blonde streak. She is the sweetest person ever. She attended my family and tended to our very request. She is amazing and I appreciate her so much.

We stayed at this Courtyard for seven nights. The Good: The location is excellent for Cubs spring training (although it is a bit of a long walk to any non-Cubs shops or restaurants). Free parking. Our room was excellent - great view and everything worked properly. Rio Salado Pathway (a few blocks away) is outstanding for exercise walks/runs. Friendly coffee/bar service in the lobby. Overall, a very nice hotel (albeit, not inexpensive). The Very Good: All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bella at the front desk deserves special mention. She was soooo nice to us every day, even when we arrived early and a room was not yet available. She certainly gave us the feeling that she truly cares about guests enjoying their stays. She deserves a promotion and a raise. The Bad: Housekeeping. Ugh. We requested (several times) that Housekeeping refresh our room in the morning. This did not seem to have any effect. Two afternoons we returned to our room after 4:00 and our room had not been touched by Housekeeping. We complained to the front desk but it appeared that Housekeeping either never got the request or simply did not care. One day we received no coffee cups, one day no coffee packets, one day the shower body wash was empty and was not refilled.

Management at this hotel is a nightmare. They charge me $260 to store my bags for three hours. Management at this hotel refuses to make it right so I had to go to corporate and Better Business Bureau to get my refund. I’m just letting everyone know that management is not easy to deal with at this hotel. You have a problem I recommend staying somewhere else.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and modern room with fabulous shower. Staff very friendly Sloan Park literally next door. Cons: elevator out of service randomly and carpeting needs to be cleaned. No complimentary breakfast.
