Motel 6 Elmsford, NY - White Plains

Old furniture, Front desk was not hospitable. Large room size; facet in tub dripped continuously, no fridge or microwave

Outdated motel (you get what you pay for), but really could use some inexpensive upgrades like a better mattress. The mattress was worn out and not very comfortable. It was really cold and the heat in the room didn't heat up the bathroom until the next morning (on highest heat setting). Window in bathroom leaked cold and floor was freezing 🥶. It's a pet friendly location and there are a few areas close to walk your dog, and the (worn out) laminate floors are good when traveling with pets. The staff was VERY friendly, however and the location didn't feel unsafe. One note that isn't the hotels fault but there was a loud noise at night that sounded like a foghorn.. still don't know what that was LOL.

Terrible service 😡 We booked a room, paid for it, and when we entered the room there was no heating, it was burnt and smelled awful. When we went to complain, they refused to give us a refund, another room, or any other solution 🤷

Expensive but it suited my needs for the night room could have been cleaned better also rooms need a real upgrade also sheets were worn out and old

Nasty. I get this is not a 4 or 5 star place but for 100+ dollars to stay for 1 night, they should be ashamed. I had to go to the cvs around the corner and get lysol spray because the amount of dust and spider webs on the walls and in the corners was ridiculous. I had to wipe it down because I couldn't sleep in the room with the amount of dust it was. My son ended up getting his allergies really bad from all the dust and dirt that was in the room . The window doesn't close right and there is no screen. I have pictures to show but doubt I can upload it, I have a video as well. Horrible and If that is the case they should lower the rate because, I paid over 100 for 1 night in this filth.

Great place to stay and the price was also great. Friendly staff adds to the experience.
