Sahara was super amazing great personality wonderful customer service this by far was my best experience ever in my life and I am 43 years old I love this place because of her and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family 😊😊😀😀😁😁😁😁😁and I am definitely coming back for sure

Horrible experience with the guy put me through constantly being corrected treating me like I’m stupid and I don’t know common sense cut the foot because there is all glass outside and the next day it still never got cleaned I bet that glass is still there

My husband and I booked the Entice suite at Axis for May 17th. We paid our deposit and received the summery receipt/confirmation. We drove five hours just to arrive at the axis and be told we are booked for the Luxe suite at the Midlothian location 30mins away. I showed the worker Tony my receipt and told him I’ve never even looked at aura and don’t even know what the suite looks like, so I definitely did not book there. He said there’s nothing he could do because the axis location was completely booked. He said we had 30mins to get to the other location. I told him I would be sure to make a complaint to Lawrence, director of operations, who literally just handled an issue for us with your location from February. I phoned Aura, while in route, and explained the issue. The worker told me our room would be available when we got there. Upon arrival, the area looked unpleasant and felt unsafe. It wasn’t the kind of area we are accustomed to. Overall we were safe. Checking in, we unexpectedly had to pay $60 more and the other suite we initially booked. However, Adrian, at the counter was amazing. From the moment we walked into Aura, he was pleasant and apologetic. He sent a complimentary gift to the suite. He has outstanding customer service. We had a couple issues with the suite but I choose to just be over it and leave it alone at this point. With that being said, we decided not to renew our membership this month and search for a different company. The picture below shows that I put a deposit down and booked Entice at the axis. Shouldn’t have been a misunderstanding. I should have received what I booked and paid for.

The Aura was fantastic. We celebrated our 3yr anniversary here and loved it!
