Andy is the slowest moving person to exist on earth. I’ve been here multiple times. Check in is pretty quick and there is never a line UNLESS Andy is there. Every time she is there, there is a line of disgruntled customers upset because she moves like a sloth. She never even looks at the door and someone in her long line has to open the door for customers. She doesn’t even buzz you in. Her job is fairly simple but seems to be a challenge for her. She was causing people’s room to get cancelled because they have to wait in line for 30 min to be serviced. Everyone was complaining that the rooms are hourly but a chunk of time gets wasted waiting for Andy. I got to my room 30 min after my scheduled check in time of 6:30. I had an hour total to check in before my room gets canceled. Waiting in line for Andy took so long that at 7:26 I had to call customer service while standing in line to get the reservation time changed. When I came back at 8:15 some of the sale people that were in line with me an hour earlier were still there trying to get checked in. They were upset. When I got the front of line , Andy had me waiting while she was still handling the previous customer was already gone paper work. I was wondering what could she possibly be doing. I looked at what she was writing and it made no sense. Andy was tracing her already legible writing with a marker !! Just wasting time !
Awesome rooms, it is a membership you would have to sign up for, it takes some hours before you get approved, but they're usually quick and worth the wait. Prices are great, you can book the same night (if available) just make a call, they are very friendly to my experience. They have 3 locations,you will have access to.
