Homewood Suites by Hilton Orland Park

The pool was the size of a hot tub. We had about six people in there, and I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts. There was stains on the towels like red stains. They only have a limited amount of channels, which only like two of them being kid friendly. The beds were a rock salad so the pullout couch is way comfier. Although there is a lot of room, which makes it nice and the outdoor space is nice.

We reserved a wedding room block at Homewood Suites by Hilton Orland Park for our out-of-state family members during the weekend of June 4–6, 2026, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Every family member had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff provided outstanding customer service and made everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrived. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a spacious parking area, which was very convenient for our guests. One of the highlights was the gorgeous lobby, featuring upscale furnishings and artwork. It was the perfect place for family members to relax with a cup of coffee or a cold drink and spend time together throughout the weekend. The complimentary breakfast each morning was another wonderful benefit. Our guests appreciated being able to grab a quick bite to eat with their children and enjoy a hot cup of coffee before heading out for wedding activities and events. A special thank you to Darrell Thomas, who was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. He patiently answered all of my questions, assisted with coordinating our wedding room block, and helped ensure our welcome bags were delivered to each guest room. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made the process seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone hosting a wedding, family gathering, or special event. The combination of beautiful accommodations, great value, and exceptional customer service from Darrell and the entire front desk team made for a truly outstanding experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although I lived in Orland Park for over 9 years, never had a need to stay at a local hotel. Finally sold our home and had to stay at a hotel until the final closing. We choose Homewood Suites, 16245 LaGrange, Orland Park. Illinois. Upon arrival I met the Director of Sales, Darryl Thomas, who introduced himself and welcomed me. The front desk clerk Andrew was also pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and all the amenities were a plus. Thus, if you’re ever in Orland Park, I highly recommend Homewood Suites of Orland Park.

Certain people at the front desk will cancel the reservation. If your doing digital still check in at the counter. How can the staff hide the food discounts from the guests

We stayed here for a 50th anniversary and it was a great location, clean & large rooms and such a friendly team. Our parents felt super special and the guests loved the rooms. Darryl was great to work with for the group and everyone on staff was very helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Orland Park area !

This place is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andrew is one of the best Hotel Managers Ive ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
