Wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool, it was clean and warm.

The rooms at this hotel are really nice but there is generally no service. We stayed for six nights and housekeeping did not once come into our room and take out the trash let alone make the beds. We ate at the restaurant a few times and service was incredibly slow, the last morning my daughter's food was brought out a full 45 minutes before my food was brought to the table. There isn't much to do in the immediate area except the activities on site. The pool chemicals were so strong that I thought my daughter's hair was going to fall out because it became so crispy after swimming in the indoor pool. I would generally stay here again because the rooms were nice but it is not worth what they charged me at over $200 a night or some of the nights that we were there. At most this is a $100 a night room based on the service provided.

Nice spacious inn, visited it but was camping & didn't stay at inn. A bit too pricey for us but enjoyed the ice cream shop inside.

This is the ONLY real resort in Northwest, Ohio. Great food, rooms, service, lake and a beach. What else could you want. Oh...and the best sunsets you will find anywhere. If it makes any difference, ask for Tina at their Water's Edge restaurant. She's the very best.
