The hotel is downtown with parking across the street local stores are all in walking distance for your convenience restaurants are near by too

It was the most luxurious hotel I stayed at but I didn't feel like it was clean. Rug in entry way needs shampooed or replaced. The pool area needs swept but the pool was clean. The night reception was a great perk. Two free drinks per adult n munchies to snack on. The location and views are top notch. They are down to two elevators not a big problem. Staff were very nice. They didn't honor my late check out even though I paid an extra $100 to check out at 2 pm. They let us stay til 1230. Across the street is a beautiful park with water fountains but you will run into ppl sleeping there. Not that the hotel has control of that just something to note.

The elevators didn't work ALOT. And that to me was concerning. I got stuck on the 15th floor, and missed breakfast. I am too old and out of shape to walk up flights of stairs (breakfast is on floor 25) The elevators didn't work all morning. I tried to call the front desk...no answer....? The shower head is for VERY TALL people to reach. Water runs out under the shower doors and gets the mat and floor wet, no way to stop it. But the water is hot. The bathroom sink drain had no cover. So if you dropped something like a lid on toothpaste or a kid toothbrush or God forbid jewelry, it would be gone. The ironing board cover needed replacing. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good location.

Staff and hotel were amazing ! Front desk ,valet , and the morning omellete guy top notch ! Clean rooms ! The only draw back was as soon as you walk out the building you are immediately assaulted by half a dozen people asking for a couple dollars and people doing the fentanyl bends up and down the street that's on the city not hotel but it retracted from our stay we would have liked to wander around the city more to see the beautiful buildings.

We stayed here last week for the art festival and some Pirates games. The location is great with a short walk to the ballpark and cultural district. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful...valet guys included. The bar gets busy at night after a game, but the bartender was up to the task. Bar seating is reasonably comfortable but not for the long haul. The room was spacious and clean. The bed could have been better (too soft), but that's the Goldilocks problem for hotels. Breakfast was standard ES faire though unremarkable, except for Mark, the omelet guy. He made our mornings better.

Great lodging but difficulties finding parking

Staff is nice enough, rooms are a touch dated but perfect location.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room was not cleaned properly — the table and remote control were visibly dirty, and the toilet still had waste inside that wouldn’t flush away. It felt extremely unhygienic. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, they told me I would need to wait over an hour. For a hotel at this price point, this level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Great find in the heart of downtown. Beautiful old building but rooms upgraded, clean, spacious and very well maintained. Definitely coming back to stay here. Breakfast was amazing. MTO omlete is a must.

I was there with a group for a business meeting. My room did not get above 79 degrees. It was SO hot and it wasn't even a hot day outside. I was not the only one in my group to have this issue. I called the front desk multiple times and was told maintenance would be up to fix it, they never came. I asked for a fan, they said they didn't have any. I asked to be moved, they said they were fully booked up. It was a big weekend in Pittsburgh with several events going on at once. The second night they finally had an open room and I was moved but the first night was miserable.

Nice hotel. Over priced for events! The elevator system is horrible

They canceled the room on me without notifying me of it. I was stuck in a town I didn't know and forced to get a room at a different hotel.
