Michie House en College Hill

The hotel was in a great location and close to downtown. And pretty much 5-10minutes from great views and restaurants. Stefano was a great help and I give him 5 stars. I definitely would stay there again.

I booked for a friend who was visiting from our of town and they said It was an amazing stay. Stefano assisted me greatly and made the process as smooth as possible. Would Definitely recommended.

I would strongly advise against staying here. After my stay, I was required to pay a deposit, which has still not been returned even after more than a month. The host did not inform me of any delay or issue—I only found out after following up myself. Since then, I have contacted them multiple times, but each time I was given excuses such as being “too busy” to process the refund. No clear timeline or confirmation has ever been provided. This level of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you value your money and want to avoid unnecessary stress, I would not recommend booking this place.

Amazing, Cheap Hotel in a perfect location. I love the easy bookings. Stefano was a fantastic front desk agent who deserves a raise...He was my guy the entire trip!!

Stefano was awesome! Very respectful and helpful! Rooms are nice, area is convenient for food, clean bathrooms, overall neat spot to rest up with outstanding customer service.

Wow, am I quite disappointed in the Customer Service the room reserved itself was unkept as you walked in the room you smelled a strong odor of musky and mildew. The window was cracked open no screen. The bathroom is not inside of the room. I was completely shocked. I couldn’t figure out where I checked in to. I only needed this particular room for two hours to change to go out on a special dinner and was so disappointed and completely embarrassed. I had to immediately check out and cancel reservation within 15 minutes of entry, the access into the property was complete disaster.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s worst than it looks. The rooms do not appear clean. One of the rooms they tried to put me in smelled like armpits and cigarettes. The slats holding the mattress up were dangerously broken, the beds were probably rescued from a landfill several years ago. The floors are not level. The walls are paper thin. The only saving grace is the fact that you get to leave and go elsewhere (actually, do that, don’t stay here)
