Crowne Pointe Hotel & Spa

This was our 5th visit, last visit was 2024. Room was clean- shower was very small. Phone booth small. Staff is great, always very nice and helpful! Happy hour and breakfast have changed since our last visit. Happy hour use to offer wine and beer, now just wine. It was nice for my husband to have a few options for beer. Breakfast was always our favorite before heading out for the day but the portions and quality have changed significantly. With a resort fee each day we expected a bit more. This is still one of our favorite places to stay for a quick weekend away.

The location, the physical facility including the grounds, the staff and the food are all exceptional. Starting with Chris, the GM, every staff member is perfectly suited to the friendly vibe of Provincetown as well as being tremendously efficient. John does a phenomenal job in the kitchen with both breakfast and dinner. Vinnie and the engineering team do excellent work keeping the facility including the grounds always looking good. The front office is doing well with new additions including Kevin, Marcus, Ivan and Suzanne. Our stay at The Crowne Pointe is always perfect and immensely enjoyable and relaxing and we always look forward to getting back there.

Spent a few very relaxing and wonderful days at the Crowne Point Inn, and I’ll definitely be back. My room was perfect—comfortable, updated and peaceful—and the outdoor spaces (pool area, courtyard) were beautiful. Every staff member went above and beyond in service and attention to detail.

I booked a room at the crown on a whim Due to all the lovely pictures. I was definitely not disappointed when I arrived. It was even more lovely. It was a peaceful oasis near downtown Ptown. Close enough to everything but far enough way to have a retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy weekends. We chose a small room which was extremely neat and very well decorated. We even had a small veranda to sit on and drink our morning coffee. The staff was completely helpful And super friendly, and we enjoyed speaking to all of them. The wine and cheese hour was the highlight of our evening. We got to sit outside by the pool and talk to the other guest, And made many new friends. The made to order breakfast was extremely helpful In keeping a budget with the rest of the vacation. Yes! Was delicious. We did try the restaurant and we were not disappointed. The pool and spa Were the perfect endings to a day. We will definitely be going back again

Nice hotel located close to commercial road, easy walk and centrally located. Got a classic queen hotel room. Rooms here aren’t massive but clean and did the job. The room was east facing so the sun seemed to penetrate the blinds very early in the morning. Included Breakfast was nice and made to order pretty much the standard breakfast options, omelette, wraps, pastries, toast ect.

This historic inn is perfect for a trip to the heart of Provincetown. The staff are wonderful, the food is excellent! The wine and cheese hour is a great time to meet with other guests.

Front desk staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. Great explanations. The food was didn’t take long to be served to you and it greatly prepared . Also, the kitchen staff was very pleasant. Room was serviced with great direction.

Second time staying at Crowne Point, location is perfect and the staff is helpful and courteous. Marcus at the front desk was on top of everything.

Quaint, clean, friendly hotel steps away from downtown but not right next to the noise of the main street. Highly recommend!
