Tony was FANTASTIC! He knows his craft! Excellent massages!

Bizarre experience. My partner and I both signed up for sugar scrub sessions. My husband inadvertently got a regular massage instead (and didn't realize it until it was too late). I spent about a half hour of my session sitting alone in the spa section. I think my session was about 15-20 minutes. The website advertised it as "Moisturizing Body Scrub, 55 min$199.00" and I got about 15-20 minutes session tops. It was awkward to bring this up to the therapist at the end of the session. I was confused as to why my husband got a longer experience than I did. There was clearly a miscommunication (and not the end of the world). The idea that the session was advertised as almost an hour and then was so much shorter, essentially made me feel pretty shortchanged as a customer. The actual scrub was very good. I felt awkward bringing this all up and felt the therapist didn't really hear me as a customer. I don't think I'll be back.

Tony delivered me the best massage I have had in years. Pressure, information and pace was all spot on. AND he is a very caring person without being too much. I felt comfortable from the get-go, heard and seen. I would recommend, no strike that, I would urge you to book an appointment with Tony T if you’d like to feel fabulous after a massage!

I had an enzymatic facial today with Venislava and it was amazing! From the second I walked into the spa I was greeted right away by the nicest staff- the whole spa was VERY clean as well. I left feeling so relaxed and my face was glowing! If you’re a local or here on vacation you NEED to book a service at this spa. You won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful experience with Matthew and Anthony—they both gave us excellent massages that left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The spa itself was clean and peaceful, and we really appreciated having access to the mineral tub and sauna afterward. The spa looks even better than the photos! It was the perfect way to unwind. We’d love to come back again!

Wonderful ped by Brenda -- she's the BEST! She used to be at Jonathan Williams and moved to Shui Spa/Crowne Point when JW closed. Calm, relaxing -- my feet are singing the Hallelujah Chorus!

It was a great experience to get a massage in Shui Spa. Also, the spa and sauna were wonderful. I highly recommend getting a massage from massager Tony!

I highly recommend booking a massage with Tony. He is such a kind and intuitive therapist. I left feeling like a million bucks after having back pain for over a week. He checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure was good and I really appreciated that. I’ll be back next summer and book you again :)
