Manager is not very friendly. Had my car towed from me parking in the side of the building when the Home2Suites didn’t have an inch of space available for me to park at 2am in the morning after my 12+ hours shift at VCU Medical/. Went to go to work on tonight and my car was gone. I sleep during the day so couldn’t move it until I could get up for work. Towing company is closed after 5 with no other number to contact anyone. I am here on a contract as a flight transport and I am now unable to go to work tonight because of no car and my badge is in the car! The lot for that business was completely empty even at 6pm so the manager could’ve done the right thing and called Home2Suites or not called the tow company! I parked where there were no signs saying tow zone and let the night desk lady at hotel know I was parking there. So now I will be out about $400 for the lot storage, tow bill, $1k for the nights work missed and an additional hotel stay. Thanks so much! Will make sure this is posted on my sons very popular instagram, twitter, podcast channels for everyone to see what typer of person is managing this business!

I took my son, and his friend to visit DEFY 205 Towne Center W Blvd, Richmond, VA 23233 Short Pump to celebrate my son's birthday. We arrived at the park and purchased two admission tickets for a total of $51.98. Approximately an hour into our visit my son and his friend decided to play in front of the DodgeBall area. my son was a victim of racial assault led by a DEFY associate and 4-5 other guests throwing them balls targeting on their faces and calling names such as "beaner," "dirty Mexican," and "border hopper" The boys hurled dodgeballs excessively hard at my son's face, including the DEFY associate himself. Additionally, derogatory comments about my son's weight were made. no actions have been taken by Mr AJ Jone, General Manager whom I escalated my concern at the moment stating they were understaffed due to the weather conditions and offering a free pass for the next time. DEFINITELY WILL NO BE A NEXT TIME.

I want to like this place more, I really do. We went here to give my 10 year old some free time as we were traveling. When I went to pay, the kid told me I needed to pay for the VIP since it was cheaper, so I did. What he did NOT tell me, was that this was an ongoing commitment you have to pay 3 months for. Very deceiving. Then once you get into the arena, part of it is closed off. Very deceptive practice. I would not recommend this place and I will be blogging about it on my travel blog to warn other people to go elsewhere. Stealing is not cool.

I reserved jump time for my family on an early Sunday morning. It was the perfect time - as there was hardly anyone there. Check in was fast. The safety review was sufficient. But where are the covid protocols??? The staff members don’t wear masks. Jumpers and observers weren’t required to wear masks. And no social distancing requirements were in place. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Do not go here. Employees will lie to you and sign you up for minimum 3 month memberships when you think you are just signing up to jump that one day.

I love that my kids can still enjoy it, and that they are taking safety precautions, temp checks, and cleaning. Kids can still have fun here. when they're not busy sometimes I jump with the kids too.

We do not have Jumpology where we live, we have SkyZone trampoline "parks" My 8 year old son really enjoyed Jumpology. This tramp park offers a larger variety of jumping activities. Prices are better than SkyZone. We'll definitely come back when we are in the area.
