Diversity Richmond

Diversity Richmond is the anchor of Central Virginia's LGBTQ+ community — part community center, part gathering space and part funder of local queer causes. Its Sherwood Avenue home houses the Iridian Gallery, one of the few dedicated LGBTQ+ art galleries in the South, and Diversity Thrift, whose sales fund grants to area LGBTQ+ organizations. The center hosts support groups, social events, art openings and holiday markets, and serves as the organizational home base for Virginia Pride. For visitors it is the best single place to plug into what's happening in queer Richmond.
