Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

Great locating! Walking distance to Levi's Stadium as we were staying the night for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. They had a lobby bar and sushi restaurant which were great too.

I came in and reina and the two other males (I didn't get their name) security staff, REYNA help me right away she and the two other securities was so helpful and nice this place is awesome 10/10 thank you all

This was my first time staying at this Hyatt, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. I usually stay at other hotels, but after some awful recent experiences, I wanted to switch things up. From the moment I arrived, this experience was completely different. Lino Fuoco, the manager on shift, gave me such a warm welcome and truly made an impression on me. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient with all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great stay. He was such a pleasure to interact with. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and exceptional customer service really stands out. Lino went above and beyond and is exactly the kind of person you want representing the Hyatt brand. I really hope Hyatt leadership recognizes him for the experience he creates for guests, because employees like him are the reason people choose to come back. Will be staying here again on business travel in two weeks. Thank you, Lino! On another note, I had dinner at the Evolution restaurant, and although the food was mid, the customer service was amazing! It’s been a long week and I can’t seem to remember the kind female server but the experience was great. Rooms are comfy, cozy, and clean, and there is plenty of parking onsite, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Great place if you are staying for an event at Levi's stadium. Walking distance. And getting there with event traffic was easy. Every employee we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly.

Star removed for those sliding bathroom doors with windows in them and a perma-gap in the center (they don't close properly). My only other gripe was the 6' desk/table in the room that only came with one chair and prevented one from being near the window. However, the bed was spacious and comfy, and it was a nice enough room for 2 for three days. We were attending a Pinball convention downstairs, and got a surprise art convention that weekend as well! Location-wise its excellent, near a big amusement park, stadium and the airport. We were able to get to the Winchester and Downtown for drinks and chow without breaking the bank. The Market there is a little expensive but came in handy for snacks and sundries. What really made this hotel stand out was the service- everyone working there was really professional and friendly. Also the breakfast and sushi at the restaurant was great, certainly better than the to-go snacks (the pizza was HS lunch quality). Downstairs restrooms where clean and there were plenty of places to sit, work or relax in the lobby.

Perfect stay! Great location for Levi Stadium. We walked easily to our concert. Pricey, but for location, understood, and accepted.
