Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse North Airport Area

Very clean room, attentive staff, great continental breakfast.

I went to a concert at Empower Aplatheater and stayed the night here. It's close to the venue and restraunts near as well. Room was nice, clean and the beds were comfy.

Extremely clean hotel, but what really made our stay was Wade at the front desk. He went out of his way to get an extra cot into our room so my little one and I weren't fighting for space in the bed, and he took the time to chat with my kid every single day we were there. We felt taken care of the whole stay. Highly recommend.

This hotel was one of the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at the room was big comfortable, and very clean the Customer Service front desk agents were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again

Good overall. Clean and maintained. Breakfast included. Location ideal for needing to jump on highway to get from a to b quick, or walk to grab ice cream/quick food (no sidewalks, but close enough to walk). Front desk was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. My family and I were staying there as a stop on our road trip. I prepaid for a night for a young colleague of mine who was joining us who does not have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The man who was at the desk was quite helpful and said “no problem, I’ll make sure his keys are ready when he gets there.” I woke up to find that he had to sleep in his car! He arrived at 2:30am and the night staff turned him away because he could not give them a credit card for incidentals! “It’s our policy,” they say. I asked for a night’s credit to offset the ridiculousness of making someone sleep in the car when the room was prepaid! “Sorry, you booked through a third party,” they say. “Take it up with them.” THEY DIDN'T MAKE HIM SLEEP IN HIS CAR EHEN THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. What a joke this place is. I run businesses, I understand policies and procedures. But I also understand human decency and kindness. Severely lacking at this Hampton Inn.

The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff here was out of this world. Wade helped out with accommodating me and my baby for a place to go eat and made my stay 1000x better and easier, as I’m unfamiliar with the area. This is the perfect distance from the airport, and the shuttle was quick and convenient. Thank you!
